Filmed at The Yoga Center – Reno on July 4 2018, these segments are a collaboration between Kathy, Lori, Cheryl Albright, and Alexis Harrison! Alexis is our newest Yoga for Scleroderma Practitioner and uses her daily yoga practice to keep HER Scleroderma body moving.
In this year's videos we offer tips on how you can go to a yoga class at your local yoga or community center, hand exercises, and Lori teaches a version of the daily yoga practice she uses to keep her life running "smoothly".
