Props are tools and devices that we can use to provide comfort and safety in making yoga accessible to all of our Scleroderma bodies.
Have issues walking on bare floors? These yoga shoes are GREAT? Keep them in your bag for class and wear them ONLY at the studio. They provide jus enough cushion in the bed of the shoe while being flexible if needed. As you can, see, they work with thick socks, too!
Order a couple sizes bigger than your normally wear, as they do run small.
